and service for commercial turnkey build-outs. Consistently,

In the turnkey delivery method for the architectual and engineering design
work, Roundhill has partnered with Slack Alvarez & Associates and Steven
Feller & Associates
to very effectively produce designs that fully satisfy the exacting client needs
and programs. For the physical construction of the build-outs, Roundhill has
developed strategic relationships with some of the most respected and reliable
specialty sub-contractors in the Miami area such as Douglas Orr Plumbing, Lar-ken
Electric, and Paul’s Carpet.
Roundhill Interiors also provides construction
management/general contracting services and works collaborately with third party architects and engineers to
achieve the clients vision with the available budget.
